ROLE DESCRIPTION:-

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, patients, and other healthcare stakeholders. The role focuses on strengthening Bliss IVF’s referral network, improving patient outreach, and supporting the institute’s growth through effective field-level coordination and relationship management.

Key responsibilities include conducting regular visits and meetings with doctors and referral partners, generating and following up on Doctor Referral Patients (DRPs), handling patient and doctor queries professionally, maintaining regular communication and follow-ups, and supporting OPU and patient conversion targets.

The PRO will be responsible for planning daily field visits, maintaining Daily Visit Reports (DVR), recording doctor meetings and follow-up activities, identifying new referral opportunities, and maintaining accurate records of professional interactions.



The role also requires close coordination with the clinical, reception, telecalling, and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient coordination and follow-up.

The position requires a confident, presentable, target-oriented, and relationship-focused professional who can represent Bliss IVF positively and maintain long-term professional relationships with doctors and healthcare partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

- B. Pharma, M.Pharma and any Graduate or Post Graduate in any relevant discipline; qualifications in Public Relations, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field will be preferred.
- 2–6 years of experience in Public Relations, Business Development, Healthcare, Pharma, Hospital, or a related field will be preferred. Candidates with relevant field experience may also be considered.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospital, IVF, fertility, pharma, or doctor relationship management will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills are essential.
- Ability to confidently communicate with doctors, patients, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong follow-up skills with the ability to handle regular calls, meetings, and field visits.
- Ability to generate patient referrals, develop new professional contacts, and work towards assigned targets.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to maintain visit reports, follow-up records, and daily activity reports accurately.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and other digital communication tools.
- Should be confident, presentable, polite, responsible, self-motivated, and comfortable with field-based work.
- Good knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, and English will be preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to travel locally within Ahmedabad for regular doctor and healthcare partner visits.
