- Leverage previous proposals to develop quality outlines, drafts, and reusable content for the marketing team.
- Develop content based on inputs from SMEs, Marketing teams, and Technical leads.
- Review and edit written material to ensure accuracy compliance, consistency, and continuity.
- Attend Business Development meetings and maintain proposal schedules to ensure timely and effective proposal coverage.
- Review proposals objectively to ensure responses are fully compliant with RFP requirements, rather than simply meeting page-count requirements.
- Manage multiple proposal responses concurrently while meeting defined deadlines.
- Review RFP and technical requirements and assist in developing and documenting corresponding technical solutions.
- Support proposal efforts related to commercial-sector IT RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Marketing, Technical
- SMEs,



and Delivery teams, throughout the proposal lifecycle.
- Ensure proposal content is clear, compelling, technically accurate, and aligned with client requirements.
- Work effectively in a client-deadline-driven environment, including flexibility to support proposal
- production outside regular business hours when required.

Nice to Have
- Degree in IT, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Robust attention to detail with the ability to interpret and respond to complex RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements.
- Strong project execution skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Skills

- Prior experience in IT proposal development and technical content writing.
- Experience supporting commercial-sector IT proposals.
- Familiarity with the complete RFP/RFI/RFQ response lifecycle.
- Experience working with technical SMEs and solution architectsto develop technical responses.
- Experience in proposal compliance and response management.
