Property Sourcing Manager – Indore Location: Indore Job Type: Full time | Field Job We are looking for a Property Sourcing Manager to join Uddan Realty Pvt. Ltd. Job ResponsibilitiesSource commercial and residential properties across Indore.

Identify new properties and connect with property owners. Visit properties and collect complete property details. Maintain and regularly update the property database. Coordinate with owners, brokers and the internal sales team.

Update daily field activities and property sourcing reports. Ensure regular addition of quality and genuine properties to the company's inventory.

Candidate Requirements

Good knowledge of Indore city is mandatory. Should be comfortable travelling across different areas of Indore. This is a field job , so candidates should be comfortable with daily property visits. Good communication and negotiation skills. Prior experience in real estate/property sourcing will be preferred. Candidates who have strong local knowledge and understand different commercial and residential areas of Indore are encouraged to apply.
