- Design and develop complex healthcare integrations using FHIR, HL7,



REST APIs, and middleware
- Lead integration solution design and architecture discussions
- Develop scalable integration services using Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel
- Design and optimize mappings, transformations, routing logic, and integration workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and integration issues
- Optimize integration performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, EMR vendors, HIEs, payers, and business stakeholders
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on healthcare interoperability and integration practices
- Support CI/CD, deployment automation, and cloud-based integration solutions
