- We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with 9 - 11 years of proven experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects within defined scope, timelines, and budget while ensuring high customer satisfaction and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in coordination with stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk/issue logs.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with quality standards, budget, and schedule.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, business analysts, and designers.
- Manage client communication, expectations, and escalation handling.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Track project KPIs and ensure adherence to SLA, compliance,



and governance processes.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies depending on project requirements.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
- Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer post-project delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar.
- Valuable knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT delivery processes.
- Ability to manage budgeting, resource planning, and risk assessment effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
