* Develop realistic project plans and timelines.
- Track progress against milestones.
- Build contingency buffers, as projects rarely go exactly as planned.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage resources efficiently.

1. Problem Solving and Decision Making

* Focus on solutions rather than assigning blame when issues arise.
- Make timely decisions under pressure.
- Balance practical “jugaad” solutions with systematic processes.
- Anticipate risks and prepare alternative approaches.

1. Leadership

* Motivate and guide team members toward project goals.
- Take responsibility for setbacks and give credit to the team for successes.
- Resolve conflicts professionally and without ego.
- Foster accountability and teamwork.

1. Technical Understanding

* Possess a basic understanding of the products, processes, and technologies involved.
- In this context, understand glass work, metal fabrication, and electrical installations.
- Evaluate vendor capabilities and avoid being misled by technical claims.




- Maintain backup plans for potential issues such as cracks, delays, quality concerns, or vendor failures.

* Drive coordination across design, production, procurement, logistics, and installation teams.
- Ensure all departments work toward common project objectives.

Travel & Client Interaction:

·9 Willingness to travel across India and abroad for site visits and client meetings (valid passport required).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
