Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps.
- Manage project budget, resources, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate multiple technical, business, and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior stakeholders, clients, and steering committees.
- Lead project governance meetings, steering committee meetings, and status reviews.
- Manage communication and expectations across clients, stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to project team members and monitor performance.
- Coach and support project team members to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage third-party vendors, partners, and external stakeholders where required.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage complex project dependencies.
- Ensure appropriate change-control processes are followed for scope, budget, and timeline changes.
- Support testing, deployment, go-live, and project transition activities.
- Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance records are maintained.
- Conduct project reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with organizational standards, quality requirements, and governance processes.





Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of overall project management experience, preferably in IT/technology environments.
- Strong experience managing high-complexity and enterprise-scale projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple teams, workstreams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and risk management.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience working with senior management and executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and escalation management.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid project methodologies.
- Strong experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand business and technical requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualified experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP / PRINCE2 / PMI-ACP or relevant project management certification.
- Experience in digital transformation, IT implementation, system integration, or enterprise technology projects.
- Experience managing multi-vendor or distributed/international teams.
- Experience with large-scale technology implementations and complex integrations.
- Experience managing projects involving significant budgets and multiple workstreams.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, software development, or enterprise applications.
