Role Description The Project Manager Scrum Master is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities across product teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing backlogs, removing impediments, and supporting teams in following Agile practices.

Master will coordinate with stakeholders, oversee project timelines and milestones, monitor risks and dependencies, and maintain transparent communication on status and progress. The role also involves collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams to streamline processes, optimize resource utilization,



and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Project Management skills to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, including experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on outstanding tasks, accelerate critical activities, and ensure on-time delivery of project components.
- Inspection skills to review deliverables, verify compliance with requirements, and support quality assurance processes.
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, schedules, and dependencies across teams and locations.
- Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and coach teams on Agile best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills to maintain clear project status and expectations.
- Experience working with technology or product-based organizations, ideally in AdTech, EdTech, SaaS, or FinTech domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, business, or a related field; relevant certifications such as CSM, PSM, or PMP are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
