About the RoleWe are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery for US-based technology consulting engagements. You will work directly with US clients and consulting leadership in the Pacific Time zone, managing multiple concurrent data and analytics projects built on the Microsoft stack (Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI, and related services).

This is a client-facing delivery role: you will run sprints, own project plans and status reporting, coordinate distributed engineering teams in India and the US, and keep stakeholders aligned from kickoff through phase exit.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery for one or more consulting engagements: scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Run Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives — across India- and US-based team members
- Maintain project artifacts: sprint boards (JIRA/Azure DevOps), RAID logs, status reports, and executive-ready sprint-close summaries
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders during US Pacific business hours; lead status calls and steering meetings
- Track dependencies on client teams and third parties; escalate blockers early and drive them to resolution
- Coordinate resource allocation and workload across engineers, and flag capacity or timeline risks to leadership
- Support commercial hygiene:



timesheet accuracy, invoicing inputs, change requests, and scope management
- Contribute to internal process improvement — templates, reporting cadence, and delivery playbooks

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years managing software/data delivery projects for US or international clients
- Demonstrated experience running Agile/Scrum delivery; strong command of JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Excellent spoken and written English; confident presenting to senior client stakeholders
- Proven ability to work full US Pacific Time hours from India on a sustained basis (not occasional overlap — this is the core schedule)
- Strong reliability fundamentals for remote night work: stable high-speed internet, backup power, and a quiet dedicated workspace
- Comfort managing distributed teams across time zones

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data platform / analytics projects — Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Power BI, or similar
- Background in a consulting or skilled-services environment (billable delivery, SOWs, change orders)
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaboration stack (Teams, SharePoint, Planner)
