Role Description This is a full-time, in office Project Manager – PEB role based in Chennai.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of pre-engineered building projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete PEB and structural steel projects from kickoff to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety.
- Review engineering drawings and resolve execution issues.
- Track procurement and material availability.
- Ensure timely project completion within budget.
- Prepare progress reports and attend client review meetings.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in PEB or structural steel projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Project/Primavera is preferred.
