About Nivas Foundation

Nivas Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to creating sustainable social impact through community development, education, healthcare, women empowerment, livelihood, and skill development initiatives. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our projects, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects aligned with the Foundation's mission and objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, government departments, NGOs, CSR partners, donors, and community stakeholders.
- Lead field implementation teams and ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
- Monitor project progress through regular field visits and performance reviews.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, impact assessments, and donor reports.
- Manage project budgets, ensure compliance with financial guidelines, and optimize resource utilization.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, donor, and organizational policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and funding agencies.
- Mentor and guide project staff to improve performance and efficiency.





Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development, Public Administration, Project Management, MBA, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in project management, preferably in the NGO, CSR, or development sector.
- Proven experience in handling multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Robust knowledge of project planning, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with CSR-funded projects and government schemes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage teams under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation frameworks is an added advantage.
