About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise software implementation projects for manufacturing customers. The role involves managing consulting and client teams, ensuring successful project delivery, and maintaining solid customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end MES / Apriso implementation projects from planning through go-live and hypercare.
- Handle project planning, estimation, scope, budget, schedule, and resource management.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
- Lead project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, software engineers, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables and secure required project sign-offs.
- Manage UAT, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare activities.
- Develop accurate project estimates and proposals focused on customer value.
- Lead teams and drive effective solutions to project challenges.




- Work across both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum project environments.

Technical / Domain UnderstandingCandidates should have an understanding of some of the following:
- Manufacturing processes
- MES concepts
- Shop-floor operations
- Production planning and execution
- Quality management
- Warehouse and logistics
- ERP–MES integration
- SAP–MES integration, preferably SAP–Apriso

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with relevant technical experience.
- 5+ years of customer-facing project management experience.
- 2+ years of software project management experience.
- Experience managing enterprise software implementation projects.
- Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to lead consulting and software engineering teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel 50–75% to customer facilities.
- Experience with Apriso/MES implementation will be highly preferred.
- PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar project management certification is an advantage.
