About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee project execution, coordination, documentation, contractor management, and day-to-day administration for construction/infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with established construction or infrastructure companies and be capable of managing multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are completed on time and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor overall project execution from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are executed as per approved plans, specifications, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors, including work allocation, coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct regular site/project meetings and follow up on pending activities.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, reports, MIS, records, and trackers.
- Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
- Coordinate with the site team to identify delays, issues, and operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor material requirements, procurement coordination, and availability of resources.
- Ensure proper documentation of work orders, bills, measurements, approvals, and project correspondence.




- Coordinate with finance and administration teams regarding project-related commercial and administrative activities.
- Track project costs and highlight major deviations or potential cost overruns to management.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain effective communication between management, site teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to minimize delays and operational issues.
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status, risks, achievements, and pending decisions.

Educational Qualification




- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Candidates with relevant construction/project management experience and other technical qualifications may also be considered.

Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, project coordination, construction, infrastructure, or a related field.
- Experience in a large construction/infrastructure company will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in contractor management and project documentation will have an added advantage.

- Experienced in handling large-scale construction/infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project timelines, execution, documentation, and coordination.
- Comfortable working with senior management and multiple external stakeholders.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-up skills.
- Willing to travel to project/site locations whenever required.

Salary Competitive salary based on experience, skills, and current CTC.
