Role Description The Project Manager – Interiors is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing interior projects from initiation to handover. The role involves planning project timelines, coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring all materials and services arrive on schedule. Daily tasks include monitoring site progress, conducting inspections for quality and compliance with design specifications, managing logistics for materials and equipment, and resolving on-site issues promptly.

The Project

Manager will track budgets, maintain documentation, prepare status reports, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards. This role also includes supervising site teams,



enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining explicit communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating interior projects.
- Expeditor and expediting capabilities to manage vendor follow-ups, material deliveries, and timely execution of work.
- Inspection skills to assess workmanship, verify adherence to drawings and standards, and ensure quality control on site.
- Logistics management skills to organize material movement, storage, and site readiness for different phases of work.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects, preferably in residential or commercial spaces.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on site.
- Proficiency in basic project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with project tracking software is an advantage.
- Commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
