Indian Mesh is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee our various projects from initiation to successful completion. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:

- Coordinate effectively with cross-discipline team members (e.g., development, design, content, marketing) to ensure all parties are aligned with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

Issue Resolution:

- Proactively meet with project team members to identify potential roadblocks, anticipate challenges, and collaboratively resolve issues to keep the project on track.

Quality Assurance & Delivery:

- Ensure all project deliverables adhere to established quality standards and are submitted punctually.

Reporting & Communication:

- Prepare comprehensive status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant project information for stakeholders.



Establish and ensure the effective execution of explicit and consistent project communication plans.

Change Management:

- Facilitate all change requests, ensuring that all involved parties are fully informed of the impacts on project schedule, budget, and scope.

Documentation & Handoff:

- Coordinate the development of essential documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and other necessary documents, to enable successful implementation and seamless turnover of processes or systems to clients.

Client Relationship & Satisfaction:

- Identify and develop new opportunities with existing clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- Obtain formal customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Actively manage customer satisfaction throughout the project transition period, addressing any concerns promptly.

Post-Project Evaluation:

- Conduct thorough post-project evaluations to identify successful elements, areas for improvement, and lessons learned for future project
