About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring of various projects across iDestiny stores.

The role will involve coordinating with internal teams, vendors, contractors, store teams, and management to ensure projects are completed within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and execute projects related to new store openings, store renovations, relocations, upgrades, and other business initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, checklists, and status reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, architects, designers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Follow up on project deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
- Coordinate requirements related to civil work, electrical work, fixtures, signage, furniture, branding, IT infrastructure, and other store requirements.
- Track project-related expenses, quotations, purchase requirements, and vendor submissions.
- Ensure execution is aligned with iDestiny and Apple store standards and guidelines.
- Escalate project delays, quality concerns, budget deviations, and operational challenges to the reporting manager.
- Maintain proper documentation of project-related approvals, quotations, invoices, drawings, photographs, and completion reports.
- Coordinate with Store Operations, HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and other departments as required.
- Support management in preparing project MIS and periodic progress updates.
- Assist in project closure,

- Undertake any additional project or operational responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong project coordination and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to prepare trackers, MIS reports, and project documentation.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Problem-solving approach with the ability to work under deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to different store/project locations as required.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with qualifications in Project Management, Operations, Civil, Engineering, Retail Management, or related fields will be preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, retail projects, store development, construction, fit-outs, facilities, or operations.
- Experience in retail store setup / renovation / fit-out projects will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail workplace. The candidate should have strong follow-up capabilities and be able to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects remain on schedule. Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Working Days: 6 days a week

Travel: Required as per project requirements
