Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tower In-Charge – Civil to oversee the complete civil execution of an assigned high-rise residential tower. The role will be responsible for managing construction activities, quality, progress, contractors, consultants, PMC coordination, and timely completion and handover of the tower.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end civil execution for high-rise residential towers.
- Oversee RCC, masonry, waterproofing, façade, flooring, finishing and related civil works.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
- Monitor daily and weekly project progress and ensure timely achievement of milestones.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, snagging and de-snagging activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, PMC teams and client representatives.
- Review construction schedules, work progress and technical/site-related issues.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely resolution of site issues.
- Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, statutory requirements and project procedures.
- Coordinate testing,



completion activities and final tower handover.
- Interpret and review drawings, specifications and technical documents.

Mandatory Requirements

- 10–12 years of experience in civil construction/project management.
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise residential projects of 30+ storeys.
- Hands-on experience with Mivan formwork construction.
- Strong experience in RCC and civil execution.
- Experience in masonry, waterproofing, façade, flooring and finishing works.
- Solid contractor management and PMC coordination experience.
- Experience handling client/stakeholder coordination.
- Strong quality-control and project-monitoring exposure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Stable career history and strong client-facing personality.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
