Position Summary The Project Manager – Client Delivery will own the end-to-end journey of a customer from signed contract through implementation, data onboarding, UAT, go-live, adoption, and ongoing governance. The role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and works closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

This role requires overlap with US business hours, typically 6:30 PM – 11:00 PM IST on client days .

Responsibilities

Implementation & Onboarding

- Build and manage implementation plans covering milestones, RACI, dependencies, dates, and risk tracking.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings, weekly status calls, and steering-committee reviews with client stakeholders.
- Drive data onboarding activities including file formats, SFTP/API feeds, EHR and claims extracts, historical backfill, and test-to-production cutover.
- Coordinate security and compliance reviews, including HIPAA obligations, BAAs, SOC evidence requests, client security questionnaires, and PHI handling sign-offs.
- Own UAT by defining acceptance criteria, scheduling test cycles, triaging defects, and securing written go-live sign-off.

Client Relationship & Governance

- Act as the escalation owner and ensure timely communication and resolution of client issues.
- Publish weekly account status reports covering progress, blockers, decisions required, and upcoming activities.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews demonstrating realised value such as coding accuracy improvements, denial overturn rates, RAF/risk-capture improvement, submission timeliness, and hours saved.
- Manage scope changes and prevent scope creep from affecting project margins.
- Support renewals and expansion opportunities by identifying adoption gaps and cross-sell opportunities.





Business & Internal Coordination

- Translate client requests into clear internal tickets with business context, impact, and proposed priority.
- Communicate recurring client themes to Product teams with supporting evidence.
- Maintain account documentation covering configuration decisions, contacts, workflow requirements, integration details, and open commitments.

Qualifications

Required

- 3+ years of experience managing client-facing projects, ideally in US healthcare, RCM, HIM/coding, payer operations, HealthTech SaaS, or medical-coding BPO/KPO.
- At least 2 years in a client-facing delivery or implementation role.
- Working knowledge of the US revenue cycle, including ICD-10-CM, CPT/HCPCS, HCC risk adjustment, DRG, claims lifecycle, denials and appeals, and CMS/Medicare Advantage basics.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate with US client executives.
- Strong project management skills, including project plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and meeting minutes with owners and dates.
- Hands-on familiarity with Jira/Asana/ClickUp, Confluence/Notion, Excel/Sheets, and Slack/Teams.
- Ability to remain calm during escalations and communicate issues, solutions, and timelines clearly.

Preferred

- Experience taking an AI/ML or analytics product live with a healthcare client.
- Ability to explain model outputs, confidence scores, and human-in-the-loop review to non-technical users.
- Exposure to Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, athenahealth, or EDPS/RAPS submission workflows.
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification.
- Lean/Six Sigma experience.
- Basic SQL skills for performing self-service data checks
