Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Dhoot Group located in Mumbai.

The Project

Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day project activities, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, coordinating inspections, and managing logistics for project materials and resources.

Roles and responsibilities

- Responsible as the overall in-charge of the project.

- Coordinate contractors, Architects, RCC consultants, MEP consultants and site team for smooth execution of work.

- Preparation of progress documents, measurement and bill certification.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations and procurement strategies.

Qualifications

- BE/B.Tech from Mumbai University

- 7 years+ experience

- Complete knowledge of RCC, finishing and MEP work.

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Robust leadership skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team

- Proficiency in Ms-office and AutoCad

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
