Project Management/Engineer/Sr. Engineer / AM

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Education: B.E. / B.Tech Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Requirements

- Experience in project management of utility and facility infrastructure projects.
- Experience in large-scale industrial/manufacturing projects preferred (semiconductor, pharma, or electronics industry exposure is a plus).
- Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance, and quality standards in project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution for utility and infrastructure systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of civil, mechanical, and electrical utilities with proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, project documentation, MS Project, and Primavera (preferred).
- Strong capabilities in leadership, vendor management, and contract negotiation.




- Ability to manage cross-functional teams, statutory compliance, and regulatory approvals effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills with emphasis on risk identification and mitigation.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and coordination skills to interface with internal stakeholders and external authorities.
- Expertise in snag management, defect tracking, and timely closure to meet project quality standards.
- Solid skills in preparing handover documentation, as-built drawings, O&M; manuals, and statutory compliance records.
- Ability to ensure seamless transition from project phase to operations, minimizing risks and downtime.
