Qualification:

BE/B. Tech + MBA/PGDM/MSW

Year of Graduation: 2026 or 2025

Requirement details:

- Robust knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management; embedded systems knowledge preferred.
- Plan, organize, staff, control, and execute project activities end-to-end.
- Manage projects with full ownership of scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Develop project plans aligning customer requirements with business goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including software, hardware, mechanical, cloud, and testing teams.
- Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, and provide regular status reports.
- Identify risks/issues proactively and drive solutions and process improvements.
- Analyze project cost, ROI, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Review and implement project changes in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure timely availability of project resources and materials.
- Engage with customers and stay updated on industry trends to support future projects.
