Job Role:

- Lead and oversee execution of multiple large-scale projects from deployment to completion.
- Define and implement project execution strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety norms.
- Monitor project performance through KPIs, MIS, and review mechanisms.
- Drive cross-functional coordination with engineering, procurement, contracts, and finance teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and statutory/regulatory requirements.
- Lead client interactions, progress reviews, and resolution of execution-related concerns.
- Mentor and develop project leadership teams to build a high-performance culture.
- Support management in forecasting, resource planning, and strategic decision-making.
