Role Description The Project Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Siliguri, responsible for coordinating and overseeing project activities related to electrical products and solutions. This role involves planning project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.

The Project

Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to manage project documentation, resolve issues, and support smooth execution from initiation to completion. Daily tasks include preparing reports, monitoring budgets and resources, maintaining communication with stakeholders,



and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. The role also entails supporting senior management with project status updates and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong project coordination and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Competence in documentation, reporting, and basic data analysis for tracking project performance and resource utilization.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills, including attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing project risks.
- Familiarity with electrical or manufacturing industry processes, standards, or products (wires and cables experience is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; exposure to project management software is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field; relevant project experience in operations or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Siliguri, with flexibility to coordinate with diverse teams and adapt to changing project requirements.
