The Project Head will lead the end-to-end Project Management execution of the Data Center project, ensuring alignment with Adani ConneX’s vision of building a 2GW data center infrastructure. This role is pivotal in delivering state-of-the-art, environmentally conscious, and globally benchmarked data center facilities. The incumbent will drive project Management, Project execution, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational excellence standards, timely completion, vendor management, stakeholder management, leveraging Adani Group’s expertise in mega-structure construction and Edge ConneX’s global data center operational benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Data Center project, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality parameters.
- Develop and implement project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices tailored to large-scale data center infrastructure projects.
- Oversee budget management, including cost estimation, allocation, tracking, and reporting, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with project goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of potential issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.




- Manage testing and commissioning activities, ensuring all systems and infrastructure meet operational and performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.
- Leverage digital tools and platforms for project tracking, reporting, and analytics to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 17–23 years of experience in the data center and infrastructure industry, with a proven track record in large-scale project execution and management.
- Expertise in project management, budget management, risk management, safety assurance, quality assurance, and testing & commissioning.

Educational Background

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Civil
- Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
