Roles and Responsibilities :

- Project Support: Assist the Team Leader in completing all responsibilities towards the project, ensuring efficient execution and successful outcomes.
- Planning & Scheduling: Take charge of project and portfolio planning and scheduling activities, contributing to strategic oversight.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and compile comprehensive project reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy for all stakeholders.
- Interface Coordination: Act as an interface coordinator across the entire project lifecycle, including Project Initiation, Project Planning, Project Monitoring & Controlling, Project Tracking, and Project Closure.
- Management Tools: Work proficiently on various project management tools (e.g., Primavera), leveraging them for effective project oversight.
- Back-end Coordination: Assist in all back-end coordination work for projects at the Head Office level, liaising with essential departments like Finance, HR, and Admin.

Profile/Skills Education

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering.

Experience





- Minimum 6+ years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in project management for Metro/Railway projects.
- Work Style: Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Team Dynamics: Solid team player.
- Project Management Tools: Knowledge of Project management tools such as Primavera.
- Project Lifecycle Experience: Proven experience in Project Initiation, Project Planning, Project Monitoring & Controlling, Project Tracking, and Project Closure.
- Adaptability: Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through patience, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are a must, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.
