Role Description The Project Coordinator – Real Estate will manage day-to-day coordination of residential and commercial real estate projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves scheduling and tracking project activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.

The Project

Coordinator will assist in site visits, progress reviews, and issue resolution, as well as monitor budgets, timelines, and compliance with regulatory requirements.



The role also includes preparing reports, updating management on project status, and supporting marketing and sales teams with project-related information when needed.

Qualifications

2-3 years real estate experience

- Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, documentation management, and progress tracking.
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or property development, with familiarity in site operations and regulatory processes.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of local real estate market and languages commonly used in Bengaluru is an advantage.
