Experience: 8+ Years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Salary: ₹85,000 – ₹90,000 per month

About the Role

Sycone is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support the execution of a large-scale Heavy Manufacturing Industrial Project. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in project planning, MIS reporting, Advanced Excel, stakeholder coordination, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project planning and execution activities across multiple teams.
- Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and progress.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Support Project Managers with planning, reporting, and execution activities.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and communicate regular status updates.
- Utilize Advanced Excel for reporting, analysis, and dashboards.
- Leverage AI tools to improve reporting and documentation efficiency.




- Maintain project records, timelines, and resource coordination.
- Identify project risks, delays, and coordination issues and assist in mitigation.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of Project Coordination experience
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering mandatory
- Strong Project Planning & Scheduling knowledge
- Excellent MIS Reporting skills
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards)
- Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- MS Project is mandatory

Preferred
- Experience in Heavy Industrial/Manufacturing Projects
- BIM knowledge is an added advantage
