? What You’ll Do:

- Assist in planning and coordinating ongoing projects
- Track tasks, timelines, deliverables, and deadlines
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for task updates
- Maintain project trackers, reports, documentation, and status updates
- Schedule project meetings and prepare agendas & Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
- Help identify project delays, dependencies, and potential risks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion
- Update project management tools and maintain accurate records
- Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports
- Support project teams with operational and administrative activities

? What We’re Looking For:

? Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,



Management, Operations, or a related field

? Strong organizational & time-management skills

?️ Valuable verbal and written communication

? Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders

? Basic understanding of project management concepts & project lifecycle

? Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Google Workspace

? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

? Ability to work independently and collaboratively
