Job Role

We are looking for candidates who can support Project Coordination, MIS & Reporting, Tendering and Back-Office activities across our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Excel-based data management, MIS reports, dashboards and trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for ongoing project activities.
- Assist in tendering and documentation work, including data compilation and preparation of required documents.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports and project-related documentation.
- Collect, compile and maintain project information received from different teams.
- Coordinate with team members for timely updates, follow-ups and completion of assigned tasks.




- Perform general back-office and project coordination activities as required.

Skills Required

- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and presentation making.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good coordination, follow-up and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage data accurately and prepare reports.
- Candidates with exposure to MIS, sales, tendering, documentation or project coordination will be preferred.
- Freshers can also apply if they have good Excel, communication and MS Office skills.
