- Must have at least 1 year working experience in a digital marketing agency
- Must have knowledge of how web development works
- Coordinate with web developers and designers to improve website layout, design, navigation, and mobile responsiveness.
- To be accountable for end-to-end delivery of projects assigned; ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Good working knowledge in Project Management/Client Servicing activities
- Solid communication skills
- Ability to engage with customers and to quickly make complex decisions
- Building and managing strong relationships with clients with regards to web development services
- Collecting regular feedback from clients and sharing insights




- Managing Queries of Clients and fixing issues through proper team coordination
- Ensuring to respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner
- Ability to attend client meetings
- Coordinating the execution of the various elements of the project
- Identifying account growth opportunities and directing these to the Sales team
- Responsible for all aspects of project closure including producing project reports
- Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
