DNM Interiorr is hiring a Project Coordinator to join our growing project team in Mumbai.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with experience in Civil, Interior Fit-out or Construction Projects who can effectively coordinate between site teams, clients, consultants, vendors and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities.
- Coordinate between Project Managers, Site Engineers, Designers, Purchase, Vendors and Clients.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, reports and documentation.
- Follow up on material requirements, procurement, deliveries and site requirements.
- Track project progress against planned timelines and highlight delays.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and action trackers.
- Follow up with concerned teams for timely closure of pending activities.
- Maintain project-related drawings, approvals, BOQs, work orders and other documents.
- Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project execution and deliverables.




- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for work schedules and material requirements.
- Prepare regular project status reports for management.
- Ensure proper communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the team in resolving project-related coordination and execution issues.

Preferred Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in Project Coordination / Project Management.
- Experience in Civil Construction, Interior Fit-out, Retail Fit-out or Commercial Interior Projects preferred.
- Positive knowledge of project documentation and coordination processes.
- Strong communication, follow-up and organizational skills.
- Good command of MS Excel, MS Office and project tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Candidates with strong site coordination experience will be preferred.
