? We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator | Indore | 4+ Years
Are you an experienced Project Coordinator with strong planning, communication, and stakeholder-management skills?
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our software development team .
? Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple software development projects
- Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, QA, UI/UX teams, and clients
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and task schedules
- Track project progress, risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies
- Coordinate stand-ups, sprint planning, review meetings, and client meetings
- Prepare MoMs, project reports, and status updates
- Monitor deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
- Support Agile/Scrum practices and process improvement
? Requirements:
• 4–8 years of experience in Project Coordination / similar roles in IT or software development
• Strong understanding of SDLC
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Asana
• Knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies
- Strong project planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
