Role Description The Project Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for driving the setup, coordinating project timelines, managing site readiness, and ensuring adherence to Laundry Legend’s operational standards and SOPs. The role includes working closely with franchise partners, vendors, and internal teams to oversee logistics, inspections, and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.

The Project Development





Manager will track project progress, resolve bottlenecks, support implementation of technology systems, and provide regular status reports to management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of multiple franchise development projects.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage timelines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess Inspection and quality assurance skills to verify site readiness, equipment installation, and adherence to operational standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate vendors, materials movement, and setup activities across multiple locations.
- Relevant experience in retail, services, franchise development, or operations management is preferred.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with franchisees and internal teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, travel to project locations as needed, and manage field activities independently
