About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Program Engagement Manager to develop and implement total quality management strategies across programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, establish practical tools and systems, create quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across operations. This role requires strong program management experience, AEM exposure, and the ability to resolve escalated issues through effective coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and implement total quality management strategies across programs and initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to study, define, and implement practical tools, methods, and systems.
- Create standards used to measure quality results and ensure consistent program outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business operations and program delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve escalated operational issues.
- Monitor program effectiveness, identify process gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program governance, delivery discipline, and quality alignment.
- Support reporting, reviews, and communication related to program quality and engagement outcomes.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 12 to 15 years of experience in program management, engagement management, or quality-focused delivery management.
- Strong experience in developing and implementing quality management strategies across programs.
- Hands-on understanding of program governance, operational excellence, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to build systems, processes,



methods, and tools that improve delivery quality.
- Exposure to AEM and digital program environments is preferred.
- Ability to resolve escalated issues by coordinating effectively across business and operational teams.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, governance, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
