Designation / Position: Production & Vendor Management

:

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of raw materials, components, and services.
- Track material availability and ensure uninterrupted production schedules.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely deliveries.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and procurement teams.
- Support production planning, scheduling, and capacity utilization activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, manufacturing procedures, and safety regulations.
- Investigate production issues and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and vendors. • Prepare production reports, vendor performance reports, and material status reports.
- Collaborate with design,



quality, procurement, and production teams to meet organizational objectives.

Experience :-

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Production, Vendor Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Experience in Electronics, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors will be preferred.
