Responsible for performance monitoring and quality assurance.
Need To relocate to the factory location.

Permanent Qualifications: - 1 to 2 years' Mandatory experience in manufacturing industries and must handle Hindi labour-oriented industry.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights rotation basis Responsibilities:
- Supervise production activities during 12-hour shifts, Day/Night rotational shifts.
- Manpower Handling.
- Monitor production quality and address issues.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Manage inventory.
- Track production.
