SHREGO is looking for a Production Planning Executive with an MBA in Operations to join our growing manufacturing team. We are seeking a highly organized and analytical skilled with strong planning abilities, advanced Excel skills, and experience in production planning within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production schedules, inventory, and material availability.
- Prepare MIS reports, planning dashboards, and operational reports using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Handle all computer-based operational work, including ERP updates, production documentation, reporting, and data management.
- Analyze production data and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely execution of production plans while maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- MBA in Operations (Mandatory).
- Apply Only Local Candidate. Relocation not Expected
- 2–5 years of experience in Production Planning or Manufacturing Operations.
- Experience in the FMCG/Food Manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and MIS reporting).
- Working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, planning, coordination, and communication skills.
