# – Production Planning & Controller (PPC)

## Position Overview

Deor Metal Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Planning & Controller (PPC) to manage production planning, material coordination, and production scheduling for our manufacturing unit for Small manufacturing company 50+ Employee. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in sheet metal components, die-cast components, and assembly operations, with the ability to ensure timely production and efficient resource utilization.

## Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials and components for uninterrupted production.
- Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and maintain optimum inventory levels.
- Track production targets, machine utilization, and delivery schedules.




- Prepare production MIS reports and analyze production performance.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
- Ensure production activities comply with quality and safety standards.

Required Skills

* Strong experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC)

- Knowledge of Sheet Metal Components
- Experience with Die Cast Components
- Familiarity with Assembly Operations
- Inventory and Material Planning
- ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills

## Qualification

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in the hardware or engineering industry.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
