Job Description

We are hiring Production Operators for our paint manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for paint production, machine handling, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manufacturing of paints as per company standards

- Operating production machines
- Following SOPs and safety guidelines
- Handling raw materials and mixing processes

- Performing basic quality checks

Required Skills:

- Experience in paint making (paint industry)

- Knowledge of chemical processes
- Teamwork and attention to detail

Experience: 1–3 years (Mandatory)

Qualification

- ITI (Industrial Painter) or
- Diploma/Degree in Chemistry/Polymer Science

Salary - Negotiable, Based on interview & knowledge Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
