Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Planning Control role based in Noida. The role involves preparing and maintaining production schedules, coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to ensure on-time availability of materials, and optimizing line capacities. The individual will monitor daily production output, track variances against plans, and implement corrective actions to meet delivery commitments.





Responsibilities include analyzing demand and inventory levels, updating planning data in internal systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost control. The role also requires clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders and timely reporting on production status and key performance indicators.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Schedules skills to manage day-to-day manufacturing workflows.
- Candidates should possess robust Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast demand, balance capacity, and optimize resources.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and quality teams.
- Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of ERP or production planning software and proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail under tight timelines.
