About the Role:

As our Production Manager & Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for turning designs into beautifully finished garments by coordinating production, managing vendors, sourcing fabrics and ensuring every piece meets our quality standards.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on organisation, timelines and attention to detail. You'll work closely with our design, warehouse and leadership teams to ensure collections are launched smoothly and produced with the craftsmanship Paulsons is known for.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage end-to-end production timelines for all collections
- Coordinate with tailors,



karigars and external vendors on daily production
- Source fabrics, trims and accessories as per collection requirements
- Manage sampling, fit approvals and production job sheets
- Conduct inline and final quality checks before warehouse handover
- Monitor work-in-progress and resolve production bottlenecks proactively
- Maintain production records, costing sheets and inventory updates
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely collection launches

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in apparel production and merchandising
- Strong understanding of garment construction and fabrics
- Experience coordinating with multiple vendors and production units
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and production documentation
- Ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced setting
