Role Description The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations to ensure products meet LIT’s quality standards and timelines. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, India and involves planning production schedules, managing resources, and coordinating with design, procurement, and quality teams.

Manager will monitor workflow on the shop floor, resolve operational issues, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency. The role includes managing vendor and supplier relationships, tracking inventory levels, and supporting cost control initiatives.

Manager will also lead and train production staff, maintain safety and compliance standards, and provide regular reporting on production performance.

Qualifications

- Experience in production planning, workflow management, and coordination across design, procurement, and quality functions.
- Skills in process improvement, resource allocation, and optimizing production efficiency and cost.
- Background in vendor management, supply chain coordination, and inventory control.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate production teams while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field; relevant industry experience preferred.
- Previous experience in consumer products, lifestyle goods, or similar manufacturing environments is an advantage.
