Production Manager – Apparel & Backpacks

We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations at our Tronica City unit.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely order completion.
- Supervise production staff and maintain smooth shop-floor operations.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and quality teams for uninterrupted production.
- Monitor production efficiency, quality, and material utilization.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety,



and factory standards.

Requirements

- Graduation preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience managing production units in apparel or backpack manufacturing.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining and sharing production data using Microsoft Excel or Sheets.
- Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
