About the Role

As a Production Manager, you’ll take ownership of our electronics hardware production, PCB assembly, testing, and team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who knows how production really works and enjoys leading people.

Location: Kochi

Job Responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily production activities for electronics hardware & PCB assembly
- Lead, guide, and motivate the production team
- Coordinate with Stores, QA, Engineering, and Vendors for smooth operations
- Ensure on-time production with high quality and minimal rework
- Resolve production and quality issues quickly and practically
- Improve processes, productivity, and workflow efficiency
- Support automation and better manufacturing practices
- Ensure safety and compliance in the production area
- Report production performance to management

Key Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in electronics or electrical manufacturing
- Started career at Production Technician / Assembly / Line-level role
- Currently or previously handled a team (Technician Lead / Supervisor / Assistant Manager)
- Experience in: PCB Assembly,



Electronics testing & quality checks, BOM handling & component coordination

Education

- B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

Added Advantage

- Experience in IoT hardware, EMS, or electronics product manufacturing
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing / Process Improvement / Kaizen
- Comfortable working closely with teams
