- Operations Management Specialist. Your main responsibility is to oversee, lead, and manage day/-to/-day shop/-floor manufacturing operations, carry out master production schedules /(MPS/), optimise machine capacity utilisation, optimise overall equipment effectiveness /(OEE/), and enforce stringent safety and quality standards, while plant directors and general managers create long/-term corporate strategies, plant expansion budgets, and annual volume projections. As the "Guardian of Shift Output Target Achievement, Shop/-Floor Discipline, Scrap Control,



and Manufacturing Ethics," you assume direct responsibility for increasing plant productivity and meeting deadlines and financial constraints.

- Workforce Leadership/: Demonstrated competence in overseeing engineers, line supervisors, operators, and multi/-shift production operations in high/-volume manufacturing settings.
