Role Description This full-time, in office Production Executive role is based in Kota, Rajasthan.

The Production

Executive oversees daily production operations, including planning schedules, coordinating resources, and monitoring workflow to meet quality and output targets. The role involves supervising production teams, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and collaborating with quality control staff to maintain product consistency.

Executive is responsible for tracking production data, identifying process improvements, and reporting performance metrics to management. The position may also require close collaboration with procurement, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth end-to-end production activities.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage end-to-end production activities with skills in Production Planning and Production Management.




- Knowledge of Food Technology or related disciplines to understand processes, safety standards, and product requirements.
- Experience in Quality Control to ensure products meet regulatory, safety, and internal quality benchmarks.
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, supervise staff, and prepare clear reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or food processing environments, especially in supervisory or executive roles, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic production software and MS Office for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Kota, manage shift-based operations if required, and uphold safety and compliance standards.
