Role Description The Production Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role supports the coordination and execution of production workflows related to VetXplore’s services, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in line with quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in scheduling and tracking production tasks, preparing and organizing materials, and collaborating with team members to meet project timelines.

The Production

Assistant will help monitor quality checks, support minor content or asset edits,



and communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and keep projects on track. The role also involves maintaining documentation, providing basic customer support when needed, and contributing to a smooth and efficient production environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Production Assistance skills, including task coordination, workflow support, and attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, with the ability to review deliverables, identify errors, and ensure adherence to standards.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including clear communication, responsiveness, and a professional client-facing approach.
- Candidates should possess Editing skills for basic review and refinement of documents, digital assets, or production materials.
- Candidates should possess Teamwork skills, demonstrating collaboration, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with common office and digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management or collaboration platforms).
- Prior experience in a production, operations, or support role is preferred; exposure to veterinary or healthcare sectors is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline is beneficial.
