Responsibilities As a Product Owner, you will:

- Define and implement product roadmaps in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, design, and analytics.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering maximum value.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
- Serve as a key communicator of product vision, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
- Drive sprint planning sessions and ensure adherence to agile principles.




- Utilize data insights to improve and optimize product performance continuously.
- Monitor KPIs to track success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest industry and technology trends to keep products competitive.
- Champion inclusivity, ensuring products are accessible and user-friendly for diverse demographics.

Requirements Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Analytics, or a related field. MBA is desirable.
- 6-10 years of experience in product ownership or product management, preferably within technology or analytics-driven sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Proven expertise in managing complex projects and prioritizing deadlines effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to collaborate and influence across different teams.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms and the data-driven decision-making process.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Technology & Analytics or AI/ML-based product solutions.
- Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with user experience (UX)



design principles.
- Exposure to design-thinking methodologies to drive innovation.
