We’re reimagining how knowledge is personalized, delivered, and retained — combining adaptive learning, gamification, and real-time analytics to drive measurable outcomes. Our product team ships features that impact millions, with a focus on user-centric design, rapid iteration, and data-informed decision-making.

Role & Responsibilities

- Define and own the product roadmap for core learning modules, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to translate user feedback and market insights into MVPs and feature specs.
- Own end-to-end feature lifecycle — from ideation and prioritization to launch, measurement, and iteration — using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Analyze user behavior, A/B test results, and KPIs (engagement, retention, conversion)



to drive product improvements and growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure product positioning aligns with customer value and market demand.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally; champion user experience and accessibility across the platform.
