About the Role

As a Product Manager, theresponsibility will be to lead high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced,innovation-driven workplace. The role entails full ownership of the productlifecycle from concept and strategy to launch and ongoing enhancement while workingclosely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements. Thisposition offers the opportunity to collaborate with leading industryprofessionals and influence the creation of exceptional, customer-firstexperiences in the Hotels space.

What will you be doing

- Define and drive theproduct vision and strategy for Domestic Hotels, aligning initiatives withgrowth, revenue, and customer experience goals.
- Lead the end-to-end productlifecycle from strategy and roadmap to feature launches and post-launchoptimization.
- Own and optimize scalableproduct systems to improve funnel efficiency, conversion, retention, and thepost-sales consumer experience.
- Design seamless,high-impact experiences for consumers and accommodation partners acrossfrontend and backend platforms.
- Collaborate withcross-functional teams Revenue, Category, Supply, Design, and Technology todeliver cohesive, high-impact product solutions.
- Leverage data, insights,and experimentation to solve core user and business problems at scale.
- Drive product adoption andengagement by applying deep empathy for customers and partners and iterating onthe product experience.




- Lead product releases incollaboration with Engineering, Design, and QA to ensure quality and timelydelivery.
- Define, track, and optimizekey product KPIs across acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue tomaximize business impact.
- Continuously analyze markettrends, customer feedback, and post-launch performance to refine the productroadmap and drive growth.

Qualification & Experience Engineering or Managementgraduate from a reputed institute with 36 years of experience in a productmanagement role for a consumer-facing, technology-enabled business or product.

Product Managementexperience in B2C ecommerce product environment; good communication andstakeholder management skills is a must-have for this role.
